Advocating for the Cannabis Adult Use Transition Act S7045

We are at the forefront of supporting legislative changes that directly benefit our community. One of the bills we are currently advocating for is the Cannabis Adult Use Transition Act S7045. This Act serves as a lifeline to industry professionals languishing in New York’s cannabis market, enabling existing Adult Use Conditional Cultivators and Processors to access additional retail shelves and establishing a consistent revenue stream for social equity dispensaries.
