Privacy policy

Last updated 13 October 2026.

This policy explains what information the Association of New York Cannabis Processors ("ANYCP", "we") collects through www.anycp.org and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you use our contact, membership or processing service request forms, we collect what you enter: typically your name, company, email address, phone number, location, licence type and your message.

We use it only to reply to you, to follow up about membership, and, for processing service requests, to share your request with ANYCP member processors who may be able to help. Submitting a processing service request means you agree to that sharing.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. We do not use it to identify individual visitors. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only as described above, with service providers who run this site and deliver form messages for us, or where the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or membership. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, use the contact form.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
